BP 1312.3 Added language allowing a uniform complaint to be filed should the board refuse to approve or prohibit the use of any textbook, instructional material, supplemental instructional material, or other curriculum for classroom instruction or any book or other resource in a school library, on the basis that it includes a study of the role and contributions of any individual or group consistent with the requirements of EdCode 51204.5 and 60040.
BP5141.5 Child Abuse Prevention and Reporting. Clarified the display of posters on campus, students curriculum rights and for students in grades 7-12 ID cards will include the National Domestic Violence Hotline telephone number.
